Indoors, you’ll find a spacious living room with plenty of sofas and a large TV; outdoors, beautifully maintained garden areas and a stunning infinity pool, the perfect spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets over rolling green hills and cultivated fields stretching toward the sea.

Just steps away from the historic center and its 13th-century walls enclosing millennia-old architectural and artistic treasures, you’ll find shops and many restaurants. From here, you can easily reach the art cities of Siena, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and San Gimignano, as well as the charming villages scattered throughout the Val di Cecina, the nearby Berignone and Monterufoli nature reserves, and the beautiful beaches of the Livorno coast and Versilia.
