Farmhouse
The main farmhouse is spread over three floors on a sloping plot arranged on two levels, allowing direct access to the house from both the ground floor and the basement. The main entrance, located under the ground-floor porch, opens into the living area, consisting of an open-plan dining room and kitchen. This space connects to a hallway that leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, as well as to staircases that lead both to the lower floor and the first floor.
On the upper floor, the sleeping area is completed with two additional double bedrooms served by a bathroom with a shower, while the basement contains a study, a bathroom with a shower, the laundry room, and a spacious living room with large sofas and a satellite TV. Both the living room and the study provide direct access to the garden through wide French doors.
Annex
The annex is separated from the main building by a portico and consists of three residential units: two on the ground floor and one on the first floor (accessible via an external staircase on one side). They are not internally connected but each has an independent entrance.
Each unit includes a living room with a kitchenette and seating area with satellite TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A ground-floor unit is equipped with a bathroom suitable for disabled guests.

The beautiful new infinity pool is located on the lower terrace of the garden and overlooks an open, panoramic landscape. It is about 15 m from the farmhouse and can be reached via a paved path through the grass and then descending one of the two staircases on either side of the area. The pool, lined with PVC and equipped with internal steps, measures 7 x 12 m and has a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.80 m. The pool is salt-treated and features both internal and external lighting.
The sunbathing area surrounds the pool: on a stone surface, umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers are arranged for relaxing in the sun, while a shower with hot and cold water is located on one side.
Garden
The villa’s garden is centered around the farmhouse and extends over approximately 4,000 sqm, alternating stone-paved surfaces with well-maintained lawns. Outdoor relaxation areas are ideally placed: a convenient porch with dining table just outside the main kitchen, and a large panoramic terrace set up as a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, just a few steps from the pool. The entire area is charmingly enhanced with rose bushes and Mediterranean herbs.
A stone barbecue and the parking area, located immediately after entering the property at the back of the building, are also available.
